Eldünd Dwarf (Fire Soul)
Physically similar to other dwarves in most ways, Eldünd are generally leaner and can be slightly wiry. Their skin colors range in various shades of normal skin tones to those of grey, with some being fairly light and others darker, others still have skin that is brass colored hinting at their ties to the elemental plane of fire. The most common hair colors among them are bright red that in the light of a forge seems to be on fire itself, white like the color of ash, and black like the dark coals that light their forges.
Eldünd are expert workers of metal and even the other dwarven craftsmen will grudgingly admit to their superior work. They take great pride in their creations and will occasionally quarrel with other dwarves over whose armor is better or who made the best hammer. Despite this, they still hold a deep respect of all dwarven craftsmanship and have the typical dwarven appreciation for order and tradition.
Where typical dwarves simply work with metal for exceptional arms and armor, Eldünd also incorporate it into their architecture. They have a deep appreciation of beauty and that manifests in their crafting of items and in their structures and halls. Where a mountain dwarf hall will have tall stone pillars and reliefs with great detail, the Eldünd will incorporate large amounts of metal. In some halls, they are supported by entire columns of metal, statues of metal, and even floors of metal.
Fewer Eldünd become adventurers than other dwarves. However, those that do are often driven by a stronger wanderlust and sense of adventure to delve into the unknown and discover lost secrets than other dwarves. Despite their tendency toward a prideful nature, they can make some of the best adventuring companions and friends.
Names
A dwarf’s name is granted by a clan elder, in accordance with tradition. Every proper dwarven name has been used and reused down through the generations. A dwarf’s name belongs to the clan, not to the individual. A dwarf who misuses or brings shame to a clan name is stripped of the name and forbidden by law to use any dwarven name in its place.

Traits
As an Eldünd your working of metal has helped you to be not only strong of body but of mind as well. Achieving the intricate details normal for your race is not easy and requires patience and hard work.
Ability Score Increase
Your Intelligence score increases by 2 and you increase a different ability score by 1.
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. Your ties to the Elemental Plane of Fire make your darkvision unusual: everything you see in darkness is in a shade of red.
Dwarven Resilience
You have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the poisoned condition on yourself. You also have resistance to poison damage.
Heart of Fire
You have resistance to Fire damage. Also, once per long rest when you make a saving throw, you can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the save.
Soul Ablaze
You know the Produce Flame cantrip. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for it.
Rhythmic Blows
When you make a weapon attack roll against a target creature that you have hit previously, you gain a +1 bonus to the attack roll.
A Song of Hammer and Iron
You gain profiency with smith’s tools and you can produce arms and armor of metal exceptionally fast. The total work weeks needed to craft weapons, armor, or other works of metal using smith’s tools is halved.
