Dragonborn

Having only come to Elrün a few hundred years ago. Originally being created by dark rituals to serve as powerful shock troops in war. The mages who originally created them eventually lost control as the Dragonborn people rebelled against their masters. Now free, they roam and wander the land seeking to find their place. 

Eldünd Dwarf

Expert workers of metal and even the other dwarven craftsmen will grudgingly admit to their superior work. They take great pride in their creations and will occasionally quarrel with other dwarves over whose armor is better or who made the best hammer. Despite this, they still hold a deep respect of all dwarven craftsmanship and have a deep appreciation for order and tradition.

Human

Elrün’s population is predominantly human. However, the regional populations some significant differences from each other. The human populations have adapted to the landscapes in which they have lived for many millennia. Even though each variant has a primary culture center, each human variant can be found throughout all of Elrün.

KItsune

Kitsune, or foxfolk, are vulpine shapeshifters known for their love of both trickery and art. Despite an irrepressible penchant for deception, kitsune prize loyalty and make true companions. They delight in the arts, particularly riddles and storytelling, and travel in ancestral clans together, taking their wisdom from both the living and spirits.

Kor

Deeply reverent of the land and its sacred sites, the nomadic kor live a spare existence defined by their constant travels. Masters of ropes and hooks, they scale sheer cliffs and cross yawning chasms with such skill and agility that they sometimes seem almost to take flight. They follow an emphasis on a peaceful, harmonious community with strong traditions binding its members together.
